1. Delivery Coverage
   We ship to 23 EU countries, with automatic currency conversion. Company headquarters: Gdynia, Poland.

2. Free Shipping
   Orders are delivered free of charge regardless of their value

3. Processing Times

   • Processing: 1–2 business days

   • Standard (courier): 2–7 days, depending on the destination country
     

4. In-store pickup in Gdynia
   Available by prior arrangement via email or phone; free of charge.

5. Shipment Tracking
   The tracking number will be sent via email once the package has been shipped.

6. Returns and Complaints
   In accordance with our return policy, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective.
