Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the delivery of the last item in your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the merchandise must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the issue and resolve it.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. These include, for example, perishable items (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as items made to order or personalized items), and personal care items (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns regarding a specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The quickest way to get what you want is to return the item and make a separate purchase of the new item once the return has been accepted.
14-Day Right of Withdrawal in the European Union
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Once you’ve notified us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item. We’ll refund the full price of the item plus standard shipping costs (the cheapest option available in our store). You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or does not match your order. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it—it must be unused, have all tags attached, and be in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
How to Request a Return or Cancel an Order
You have two options:
1. Through your customer account (the fastest option): Log in to your account at , https://shopify.com/55997104284/account, or, go to the Orders section, and select the return or cancellation option.
2. By email (no login required): Send a notice of withdrawal from the contract to info@gilpa.eu. You can use the following template:
“I hereby notify you of my withdrawal from the sales contract for the following items: [item name], order no. [order number], date of receipt: [date]. First and last name: [name]. Address: [address].”
We will confirm receipt of your notice immediately via email.
Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund has been approved or denied. If the refund is approved, it will be processed automatically via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may also need some time to process and issue the refund.
